Summer festival calendars are crowded, and ticket prices can vary sharply from one event to the next. To compare July 2026 festivals, Viberate analyzed medium and big music festivals in Europe and North America using a lineup-strength-to-ticket-price index.
Methodology
Viberate started with the top 50 medium and big festivals returned by its July festival database filter for Europe and North America, sorted by Performance Score. Festivals were included only if they met certain criteria, including confirmed July 2026 dates and a verified multi-day general admission ticket price.
The final Value Index was calculated as the reviewed Total Lineup Score in thousands divided by ticket price in US dollars, multiplied by 100. This index shows how many lineup-score points each festival offers per $100 of verified multi-day GA ticket cost.
Top Festivals
The top-ranked festival was Holika in Spain, with a Value Index of 153.87. Other top festivals included Morriña Festival in Spain, Les Déferlantes Sud de France in France, and MEO Marés Vivas in Portugal.
Rock Fest in Cadott, Wisconsin, was the highest-ranked US festival, with a Value Index of 30.50. Hinterland Music Festival in the US also made the list, with a Value Index of 29.69.
