The court found that the bar’s operations violated the City of Huntsville’s Zoning Ordinance and posed a threat to the health, morals, comfort, and welfare of the surrounding neighborhood.

The ruling mandates that the defendants surrender or close out all state and city business and alcohol licenses within 48 hours. The property is to remain padlocked, and no gatherings are permitted on the premises without prior court approval. Additionally, the defendants are prohibited from using any other corporate entity to circumvent the closure order.

The city’s case against the bar highlighted a series of incidents, including three shootings between May 2024 and March 2025, drug activity, and a fatal DUI crash in 2024 involving a patron who was allegedly intoxicated.
