The Jonesboro Masonic Lodge is getting ready to flip pancakes for a great cause — and this year marks a remarkable milestone. The lodge is set to host its 37th Annual Pancake Breakfast, with all proceeds benefiting CityYouth Ministries, a local organization dedicated to serving young people in the Jonesboro community.

Reaching a 37th consecutive year is no small feat, and it speaks to the deep commitment the Masonic Lodge has shown to supporting youth-focused ministry work right here in Northeast Arkansas. Year after year, members have shown up, manned the griddles, and welcomed neighbors to a warm meal — all in the name of giving back.

CityYouth Ministries, the event’s beneficiary, works to positively impact the lives of local young people, and fundraisers like this pancake breakfast provide vital support for that ongoing mission.

Also on the community calendar this week, KASU Radio is hosting a Juneteenth Celebration on June 17 featuring a ‘We Shall Overcome’ exhibit, bringing residents together for a meaningful cultural event.
