Jon Rahm has secured his third consecutive LIV Golf individual championship. Despite a tough week on the course at Trump National Golf Club Bedminster, Rahm’s significant lead in the standings ensured his victory.
Rahm’s Dominant Performance
Rahm entered the week with 938.44 points, more than 200 points ahead of second-place Bryson DeChambeau. Although Rahm posted his worst finish of the season, DeChambeau failed to capitalize on the opportunity, tying for 38th at 7 over par.
Rahm reflected on his achievement, stating that it feels different this year compared to last, when he claimed the season-long title without winning a single event. This season, Rahm won LIV Golf Hong Kong and LIV Golf Mexico City, placing second at three more events and finishing fifth at the other, building an insurmountable lead.
