Carter, 25, was the ninth overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft and has been a Pro Bowl honoree for the past two years. He helped the Eagles win Super Bowl LIX and has recorded 108 tackles, 13.5 sacks, four forced fumbles, one fumble recovery, and 13 passes defensed in 43 games.
