Jacksonville City Council granted final approval of an agreement for the sale of the former JEA headquarters campus on Tuesday. The 2.47-acre, three-building property will be purchased by Jacksonville-based Live Oak Contracting through The Jewel at 21 West LLC for $1 million.
Development Plans
The property will undergo an office-to-residential conversion, with plans to develop 180 residential units, rooftop amenities, office space, and ground-floor uses.
