A Mahaska County jury has convicted Adam McKinney Jr., 43, of two counts of second-degree sexual abuse related to incidents from 2003. McKinney is currently serving time at the Newton Correctional Facility for a separate conviction involving child enticement.
He faces up to 25 years in prison for each of the new counts. McKinney’s sentencing is scheduled for July 17.
