Indy Jazz Fest Returns

Indy Jazz Fest is set to return from September 22-26, featuring a star-studded lineup of local and national talent, including Sheila E., MonoNeon, Karl Denson, and Brandon Meeks as headliners.

Festival Details

The festival, presented by the Indianapolis Jazz Foundation and Citizens Energy Group, will include a week full of music by celebrated local, national, and international musicians. Festivalgoers will have access to even more music this year, in addition to being some of the first to experience ARTSPARK, a newly restored public art installation at the Indy Art Center during the Grand Finale.

The Indy Art Center is thrilled to host the Indy Jazz Fest Grand Finale, according to Mark Williams, president and CEO of the Indy Art Center. Attendees will be among the first to see the revitalized ARTSPARK after a $3.6 million renovation that includes new and restored public art, a fully accessible trail system, and new landscaping and terraces.

The festival kicks off with the Sunset Series, featuring small, intimate performances at the Jazz Kitchen, The Cabaret, and the Vogue, leading up to the Grand Finale at the Indy Art Center and Opti Park in Broad Ripple on September 26.

Performers and Schedule

Some of the notable performers include Miles at 100 featuring the Indianapolis Jazz Collective, Coltrane at 100 featuring the Indianapolis Jazz Collective, Nicole Zuraitis, The Big Beat featuring Nate Smith + The Nth Power + Break Science, and Tito Puente Jr. and Néstor Torres.

Tickets for the Grand Finale are $100 for adults, $25 for students, and free for kids 14 and under. For more information, to view the full schedule, or to purchase tickets, visit indyjazzfest.net.
