The Grant County Sheriff’s Office in Marion, Indiana is seeking the community’s assistance in locating a missing K9 named Ellie. Ellie is a man-trailing Bloodhound who poses no threat to the public.
Details of the Search
According to the sheriff’s office, Ellie was last seen in the area of 900 West 300 North in Grant County, near the Miami County line. The office believes Ellie became frightened and ran off due to gunfire or similar explosive sounds, as she has not been trained in apprehension or aggression.
