A major crash has closed three eastbound lanes on I-4 near SR-535 in Orlando, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. The crash happened just before 7:30 on Monday morning, and drivers are getting by the crash on the entrance ramp to I-4 eastbound from SR-535.
There are significant delays traveling through the area, with traffic backups stretching for more than seven miles. The normal 25-minute commute from U.S. 27 to South Street in downtown Orlando is currently taking around an hour and 15 minutes.
