Hypecon, a three-day pop culture festival expo, was held at the Canvas Special Events Center in Texarkana, Texas. The event’s mission is to offer fun to young people while helping local youth nonprofits that champion Texarkana.

The festival featured autographs of heroes and wrestling legends on Friday, and guests experienced the entire Hypecon experience on Saturday, including wrestling, video tournaments, vendors, and cosplay competitions. Sunday wrapped up with a slow, smooth hype, according to Darby Tillis, the event’s creator.

Hypecon donates tickets and money to youth nonprofits, including boy scouts, orphanages, We Are Washington, and The Scholars. Other Hypecon events include the Spring Awakening and Fall Viking Festivals, the Four States Tattoo Expos, indoor and outdoor wrestling, esports, and tournaments.
