What happened
Matlock received a notification on his phone that his Burger King order had arrived. When he checked his Ring doorbell footage, he first thought the driver was wearing a onesie, but soon realized the person was “completely naked.” The driver placed the food on the porch and left before Matlock could approach.
Customer response
Matlock chose not to eat the food and contacted DoorDash for a refund, which the company promptly issued. “What this consumer experienced was abhorrent,” a DoorDash spokesperson told Fox News Digital. “We have permanently removed the driver’s access to our platform and do not tolerate sexual harassment or misconduct of any kind. We stand ready to assist law enforcement with any investigation.”

Houston police urged residents to preserve any surveillance footage and report suspicious behavior through the app or by calling 911 in emergencies. Depending on the circumstances, criminal charges could be pursued after an investigation.

Matlock encouraged other residents to be cautious, especially those who cannot retrieve deliveries themselves. “If you have the opportunity to go get your own food, go get your own food,” he said. “If you can’t, I guess just be careful and get you some cameras, that’s all I can say.”
