Developer William Kadish is set to present his revised plans for phases two and three of Stadium Trace Village to the Hoover City Council on June 22. Kadish’s company, Broad Metro, already received up to $20 million in tax breaks over 15 years for the first phase of the development.

The second phase of Stadium Trace Village includes 82 acres along Interstate 459 and features an 80,000-square-foot medical office building. Kadish has been working to secure tax incentives for the project, which has been in development for several years.
Kadish’s presentation to the council will outline his plans for the development and the tax incentives he is requesting. The Hoover Planning and Zoning Commission previously approved preliminary plans for the second phase of the project.
