Hillsborough County drivers can expect lane closures on major highways starting Sunday, June 28. On I-75, crews will shut down lanes between MLK Jr. Boulevard and Fowler Avenue every night from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. through Thursday, July 2.
I-275 and US Highways
The Howard Frankland Bridge on I-275 will have lane closures in both directions from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. during the same period. Northbound lanes of I-275 up to Exit 39 will close from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., while southbound lanes at Exit 39 will have a slightly longer restriction from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
US 92 and US 41 will also see nightly lane closures. The Gandy Bridge (US 92) and Gandy Boulevard will have closures from 6:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. The US 41 bridge at McKay Bay will have closures from 7 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
State Roads and Local Roads
State Road 60 will have nightly closures at North 26th Street and from Buckingham Place to Lithia Pinecrest Road. Park Road (SR 553) will have closures during the day and at night, Monday through Thursday. MLK Jr. Boulevard (SR 574) will have daytime and nighttime work at North 12th Street.
Local roads will also be affected, with closures on Broadway Avenue, Frontage Road, and County Line Road. Drivers should plan for extra time and check for updates before heading out.
