Thousands of fans are expected to pack Carter-Finley Stadium in Raleigh this week as Guns N’ Roses and Noah Kahan bring back-to-back concerts to the city.

Guns N’ Roses will perform Thursday, July 23, followed by Noah Kahan on Saturday, July 25. With large crowds expected at both shows, NC State is encouraging concertgoers and anyone traveling through the area to plan ahead for traffic, parking, and summer heat.

Expect heavy traffic around the stadium, particularly on Trinity Road, Blue Ridge Road, Edwards Mill Road, and Interstate 40. Drivers should allow extra travel time before and after each concert. State transportation officials will post “Expect Delays” messages on electronic highway signs throughout the region leading up to the concerts.

Concertgoers are encouraged to purchase parking before arriving at Carter-Finley Stadium to speed up entry into parking lots. Those who wait until the day of the concert can still purchase parking for $60 upon arrival. Stadium officials ask guests to be prepared to pay with a credit card or Apple Pay to help keep traffic moving.
