GREEN BAY — The Green Bay Phoenix women’s soccer squad continued its unbeaten run on Thursday night, beating Chicago State 3-0 at Aldo Santaga Stadium. The victory moved the Phoenix to a 5-0-2 overall record and a 2-0-2 mark in non‑conference play.

Early pressure paid off when junior midfielder Jess Howard intercepted a Cougars pass, launched a fast break and slipped the ball past the Chicago State keeper in the 14th minute. The early goal set the tone for Green Bay’s aggressive approach.

Just before halftime, forward Allison Raasch delivered a precise ball to the top of the box for Bella Brozek, who calmly placed the strike into the upper right corner, extending the lead to 2-0.
