Grazing Rights, a series of events hosting food trucks in public parks, is returning to Mike Yokel Park in Jackson, Wyoming, on July 6. The event will feature rotating food trucks, ice cream, and adult beverages. Organizer Matt Donovan expressed enthusiasm for the new location, citing its ideal setup with a playground, volleyball court, and pavilion.
Community Event
The event is designed to provide an alternative to busy downtown restaurants and will take place every Monday through August 17. With limited parking available, residents are encouraged to ride their bikes. The Teton County Library book bike will also be in attendance, offering free books to community members.
Grazing Rights has been in operation for five years, hosting nearly 100 individual events across half a dozen parks and serving around 12,000 to 15,000 meals. Donovan’s motivation lies in creating opportunities for people to spend time with their loved ones, support local businesses, and relax in a beautiful setting.
