Graze Craze Charcuterie Shop Coming To Overland Park

A new shop offering all things charcuterie has its eye on Overland Park. Florida-based Graze Craze has filed plans to open a new storefront in downtown Overland Park, its first presence in Johnson County.

Graze Craze Details

The shop plans to occupy a space just off 80th Street and Metcalf Avenue in downtown Overland Park, on the ground level of the Avenue 80 apartments, near AR’s Breakfast & Brunch. Dessert shop The Paleta Bar previously occupied that space.

Graze Craze serves “premium” charcuterie boards, including various cheeses, meats, veggies, and dips. Those platters come in various sizes, including a snack-size “char-cutie-cup” with charcuterie offerings for just one person. In addition to year-round charcuterie, Graze Craze offers some boards with seasonal or “game day” specific offerings.
