Gati Scoops, a new ice cream shop, is opening in Hyde Park, Austin. The shop will be located in the same space as Juiceland and Poke Poke, and will serve dairy-free and gluten-free ice cream.
Menu and Offerings
The menu will feature 16 seasonal flavors, including blackberry cobbler, blueberry, mango lime, pandan, thai coffee, and lavender caramel. The location will also have tamarind candy ice cream and a peach cobbler sundae crafted with local peaches—both of which will only be offered at the Hyde Park store.
In addition to cold treats, Gati Scoops will also sell a selection of Gati’s gluten-free baked goods, including coffee cake and brownies. Customers can combine the two by ordering a brownie ice cream sandwich or ice cream cookie sandwich.
To celebrate its opening, the new ice cream shop will give away a free scoop to its first 100 customers. Each additional customer will receive a free topping with their order, including house-made gluten-free oreos.
