Chief of staff Caitlyn Macaluso explained that the historic building was chosen to replace costly billboard advertising with a tangible community anchor. “Instead of buying attention on the side of a highway, we invested in a permanent place in the community we actually live in, coach in and grew up in,” she said. The firm’s partners worked with construction partner Franklin Alan and architecture firm Mark Odom Studio/Cline to restore the building’s original character while creating a warm, inviting environment for clients who often arrive after traumatic events.
Macaluso added that many clients find the firm through personal referrals. “A real door on a real street gives us one more way to build those relationships face‑to‑face,” she noted, underscoring the firm’s focus on personal connection and trust.
