San Antonio’s Frost Bank Center is unveiling a series of upgrades designed to improve the game‑night experience for Spurs fans this season. The arena’s new color‑coded parking system replaces the old numbered layout, giving drivers a quick visual cue for where to park.
Color‑coded parking makes arrival easier
Six parking zones now carry distinct colors—Red, Silver, Black, Orange, Pink and Teal—so fans can locate their spots without wandering the lot. The change is part of a broader effort by Spurs Sports & Entertainment to streamline traffic flow and reduce congestion on game evenings.
Roads, walkways and accessibility receive a facelift
In addition to the parking overhaul, the surrounding East and South inner‑ring roads have been freshly paved, and concrete at the East Bridge and the Northeast VIP entrance has been replaced. Updated door hardware at plaza entrances will also improve accessibility for guests with mobility challenges.
New and expanded dining options
The arena’s culinary lineup is getting a boost. The Ledger Courtside Club, just steps from the court, now features an expanded bar, additional food‑service space, new restrooms and upgraded seating. Former Spurs culinary residency participant Krazy Katsu will open a location inside SA Central at Section 107, offering Asian‑inspired dishes.
Fans can also look forward to the return of Chef Johnny Hernandez’s Fruteria, Chef Jason Dady’s Shuck Shack and Two Bros BBQ. The ULTRA Club at Section 114 will debut the “double‑dribble burger,” a recent winner of Zoo La‑La’s 2026 People’s Choice Award. Meanwhile, Local & Co. at Section 20 will serve a mix of house‑made items and dishes crafted by local chefs, providing budget‑friendly choices throughout the season.
Management’s vision for a welcoming arena
“We want guests to focus on enjoying the night together, and listening to our fans helps us understand what makes that experience better,” said Mindy Corr, vice president and general manager of Frost Bank Center. “These improvements are about making the entire visit more welcoming and enjoyable.”
The upgrades reflect a commitment to family‑friendly entertainment, ensuring that both longtime supporters and newcomers can enjoy a comfortable, convenient environment while cheering on the Spurs.
