Additionally, The Offices Three offers 12,000 square feet of spec suites, catering to businesses seeking accessible office locations without the need for a full build-out. Health and Wellness District Development
In a move to enhance its health and wellness offerings, Cambridge Holdings has initiated the construction of a three-story medical office building at Frisco Station. This project marks the first phase of the development’s health and wellness district and is expected to open later this year, further diversifying the services available at Frisco Station.
