Frisco Station Expands with New Leases and Medical Office Development

Frisco Station, a prominent mixed-use development along the Dallas North Tollway, is expanding its footprint with nearly 50,000 square feet of new leases. This development is a collaborative effort by Hillwood, VanTrust Real Estate, and the Rudman Partnership, offering a blend of office, residential, hotel, and medical spaces.

New Leases at The Offices Three

The Offices Three at Frisco Station has recently secured leases with three significant tenants: architecture and engineering firm Parkhill, cement manufacturer Ash Grove, and financial services firm Raymond James. These companies collectively occupy nearly 50,000 square feet, bringing the building’s occupancy to 48%.

Additionally, The Offices Three offers 12,000 square feet of spec suites, catering to businesses seeking accessible office locations without the need for a full build-out. Tyler Chapman, director of development for VanTrust Real Estate’s Dallas office, highlighted the appeal of the location and amenities, which continue to attract strong interest and maintain leasing momentum.

Health and Wellness District Development

In a move to enhance its health and wellness offerings, Cambridge Holdings has initiated the construction of a three-story medical office building at Frisco Station. This project marks the first phase of the development’s health and wellness district and is expected to open later this year, further diversifying the services available at Frisco Station.
