Fort Worth Municipal Court will be present with their Court in the Community Warrant Forgiveness event from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Aug. 8, at Southwest Community Center, 6300 Welch Ave. in Fort Worth.
Event Details
Court in the Community will assist up to 120 individuals — first-come, first-served — who have outstanding citations with Fort Worth Municipal Court. This is a “Safe Harbor” event, meaning anyone with outstanding citations may appear to resolve their cases without fear of arrest. They also may be eligible for alternatives such as community service or a reduction in their fine based on ability to pay.
This event is only for Fort Worth citations such as any Class C criminal case filed with the court (traffic violations, ordinance violations and penal code violations through the issuance of a citation). Find more information on Court in the Community or call 817-392-6700.
Additional walk-up services will be available on-site for any member of the community.
