The city of Fort Worth’s Community Action Partners council is focusing on three main priorities to support families this season: summer preparedness, staff appreciation, and diaper distribution expansion.

The council noted strong case-processing times, program engagement, and service reach. They also emphasized the growing role of real-time dashboards in maintaining transparency and tracking trends across neighborhoods.
By visualizing monthly service volumes, demographic patterns, seasonal surges, and resource distribution, these dashboards help Community Action Partners strengthen trend tracking, anticipate community needs, and guide long-term planning.
Community Action Partners provides services to economically disadvantaged individuals, families, and older adults. It receives federal Community Services Block Grant funds and Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program funds and is a division of the Fort Worth Neighborhood Services Department.
Council chair Carol Brown recognized the Como neighborhood for winning Fort Worth’s Neighborhood of the Year award for the third consecutive year, praising residents, volunteers, and partner organizations.
