FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Embassy Theatre is set to host its 42nd annual Festival of Trees from Nov. 25 through Dec. 2, offering a holiday tradition that blends classic décor with new, family‑focused programming.
More than 100 trees and classic holiday attractions
Visitors will wander through the historic Embassy Theatre and the former Indiana Hotel, where more than 100 beautifully decorated trees will be on display. The festival also includes a visit from Santa Claus, live stage entertainment, and animated window displays that capture the spirit of the season.
New Midnight Madness event
For night‑owls and teens, the theatre is introducing “Midnight Madness” on Nov. 28 from 11:30 p.m. to 2 a.m. The after‑hours celebration will feature reduced lighting, upbeat holiday music, and a playlist that mixes pop and hip‑hop favorites. Admission to Midnight Madness is $15.
Sensory‑friendly hours for families
Recognizing the needs of guests with sensory sensitivities, the Embassy will host Sensory‑Friendly Hours on Nov. 29 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. During this time, lighting will be dimmed, stage programming will be paused, and attendance will be limited to create a quieter environment. Families can also borrow a limited number of sensory kits to enhance comfort.
Ticket information and sponsorship opportunities
General admission to the Festival of Trees is $12 for adults, $5 for children ages 1‑12, and free for infants under one year old. Tickets are available at the Embassy Theatre box office and the STAR Bank box office. The event’s title sponsor is Ambassador Enterprises.
Local businesses and individuals can support the festival by purchasing tree sponsorships or Bright Star gifts. The deadline for sponsorships is Oct. 23.
