Former West Alabama Chamber President Jim Page is leaving the state for a similar post in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce announced it on its social media pages earlier today.
Page spent 11 years as President/CEO of the Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama. Before arriving in Tuscaloosa, he worked with the Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce in Alabama.
During his time in Tuscaloosa, Page helped launch the successful West Alabama Works workforce development program, which connects employers and educators. Kyle South took over after Page stepped down from the Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama in the Summer of 2023.
