On Tuesday evening, firefighters in northwest Oklahoma City were called to a duplex on Purdue Avenue near Northwest 10th Street to address a small fire. The blaze, which originated in a bedroom, was quickly extinguished by the responding fire crew.
According to a resident of the duplex, the fire was electrical in nature. Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of the incident. The Oklahoma City Police Department was also present at the scene to assist as needed.
