A fire broke out at the Deschutes County Fairgrounds in Redmond, Oregon, following the City of Redmond’s Fireworks Show. The fire, known as the Fairgrounds Fire (388), is currently 5 acres in size, with structures threatened and additional resources being requested.

The Redmond Fire Department responded to the fire, which appeared to spark at the conclusion of the fireworks show. The cause of the fire is still unknown, and it is being investigated.
