A forceful water main break was reported in a neighborhood on Radcliff Circle near Revere Road, close to Parkwood Elementary School in Durham.
According to WRAL’s photojournalist, the water fountain spewing from the ground was about 30 feet high at 4:45 a.m. Utility crews from Durham Water Management were at the scene to address the issue. There appeared to be no impact to traffic.
