Dozens of people gathered at Union Park in Des Moines to support kids with disabilities. The Hope Foundation organized the event to create avenues of support for people with disabilities.
Attendees enjoyed unlimited rides on the Heritage Carousel, food trucks, and informational booths. Organizers kept the event fun while creating a quieter, more comfortable environment. The music was turned down and lights were dimmed to make the event sensory-friendly.
