Danielle Blyn, a new member of the KRDO13 team, was born and raised in sunny Mission Viejo, CA. She then spent four years in one of the snowiest cities in the country, attending Syracuse University in upstate New York, where she studied Political Science and Magazine, News & Digital Journalism.
Background and Interests
She gained a love for digital storytelling in high school and carried that passion to radio and TV stations on campus. While there, she spent time in Washington, D.C., Chicago and New Hampshire, working in all realms of journalism, from political to intensely local. Outside of work, she enjoys watching sports of all kinds, pickleball, reading, and going to see live music and theater.
