Tiffany Kaye Chartier, Senior Production Editor for The Dallas Express, has released her latest book, The 4-Minute Reset: For Cultivating Peace, Purpose, and Positivity, on July 4 under the new Christian imprint Ezer Books from Wisepath Books. The book offers 50 concise readings that address everyday life — building meaningful connections, facing conflict with grace, rediscovering joy, embracing freedom, navigating change, cultivating patience, investing in relationships, letting go, and moving forward with hope.
A Deeper Walk with God
At its core, The 4-Minute Reset invites readers into a deeper, more intimate walk with God and a clearer understanding of the human heart. Through honest, thought-provoking reflections, it stirs creativity, awakens curiosity, and gently compels meaningful action long after the final page. The 4-Minute Reset is available on Amazon.
Chartier has written a weekly Christian column for more than a decade. The column continues today under the CherryRoad Media banner, while her faith articles appear weekly in The Dallas Express each Sunday at 8 a.m. Readers can also follow Tiffany Kaye Chartier on Facebook for additional faith-based writings and reflections.
An experienced speaker and mentor, she currently serves as a member of the Texas Council on Family Violence and the Texas Association Against Sexual Assault (TAASA). She has also served on Collin County’s Sexual Assault Response Team (SART), the International Association for Resilience and Trauma Counseling Communications Committee (I.A.R.T.C.), and as a Crime Victim Assistance Volunteer with the Mansfield Police Department.
Chartier frequently addresses audiences on resilience, emotional wellness, abuse recovery, and spiritual restoration. Her personal journey as a survivor of prolonged, severe abuse and the additional re-traumatization she endured within the justice system has fueled her advocacy for victims. She is a passionate voice for compassionate care, justice reform, and holistic healing for those impacted by abuse and systemic failures.
In addition to her editorial work, she wrote the lyrics for two faith-centered songs released this year — “Vain Philosophies” and “Clear a Way” — both available on Spotify and Amazon Music.
