Who are the developers?
The developer is an entity comprised of four long time Dallas real estate investors. Per documents filed in the real property records of Dallas County the investors include:
Gerald Stool with Greenway Investments owns 50%.
Mitchell Rasansky with Rasansky Company owns 16.665%.
Mitchell Fonberg with HS Investments owns 16.665%.
Leland Burk, Burk Interests owns 16.665%.

All individuals live in District 13.
- Mitchell Rasansky is a former District 13 Dallas City Councilmember and District 13 Dallas City Plan Commissioner. Rasansky said the following in a Dallas Observer article for the controversial zoning case between Ray Nasher and Lincoln Property Company across from North Park Mall that ushered high rises into a residential neighborhood.
- Mitchell Fonberg was opposed to the density in the Melshire Court zoning case. Listen to his comments about density here start at 2:44 in the video.
- Leland Burk opposed the lighting of the Ursuline Academy Soccer fields as they were too high and said the following about a showhouse in his neighborhood:
