A Custer County Sheriff’s Deputy, Steve Dennison, received a little extra support from the community after losing his home in the ‘Aspen Acres’ fire. His house was a total loss. Today, he was given funds that were raised by 11th Judicial District Attorney Jeff Lindsey and his office to support him as he rebuilds.
Rebuilding Efforts
Dennison says he is slowly getting back on his feet and appreciates the kind words and financial support, according to a social media post. He also received a full scholarship to Pueblo Community College Law Enforcement Academy. He says he plans to work full time for the Custer County Sheriff’s Office.
