Project Details
The campus, located on nearly 58 acres at 3700 S. Stonebridge Drive, will undergo a phased redevelopment. The project will feature a network of hike and bike trails that connect Stonebridge Drive to Eldorado Parkway and run throughout the development.
David Craig, founder and CEO of Craig International, said the former campus offers exceptional scale, location, and optionality. Our vision is to create a transformative mixed-use destination that brings together residential, retail, office, and lifestyle experiences in a way that creates long-term value for the community, our partners, and future tenants, he said in a statement.
McKinney Mayor Bill Cox said Craig International has played a significant role in shaping the citys growth and identity for decades. David Craig and his team have consistently delivered projects with exceptional standards, vision, and execution, Cox said in a statement. Rowlett Station is another example of the kind of investment that strengthens our economy and enhances our community.
