An inmate at the Clark County Jail in Washington was found unresponsive on July 23 and later died on July 29. The inmate, identified as Curran Ellis Fine, received emergency life-saving efforts from corrections staff and medical responders before being transported to a local hospital.
A fatality review is underway, as required by state law. The Medical Examiner’s Office will release the cause and manner of death at a later time.
