The Clark County Fair is in full swing, with Thursday, Aug. 13, being Kids Day. Children ages 7 through 12 get in for $7, and those 6 and younger are always free. The fair features two Monster Truck shows at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. at the grandstands arena, including Megasaurus, a fire-breathing robotic T-Rex.
Other Attractions
In addition to the Monster Truck shows, the fair offers a variety of other activities, including the Barnyard Races, the Pirates Parrot Show, and Dogtown. The Comedy Hypnotist, Magician Adam the Great, and Professor Smart Science Show are also on the schedule. Mars Encounters, the featured exhibit for families, is open all day with three live shows at 2:30 p.m., 4:30 p.m., and 6:30 p.m.
