After a successful debut in Overland Park last year, Georgia‑based Chicken Salad Chick is set to open its third Johnson County restaurant in Olathe. Franchise co‑owners Jo Anne Williams and Cindy Sulzman, who own all county locations, announced the new storefront during a recent interview.

Williams explained that the decision to add an Olathe location came directly from customer requests. “We have people that travel to the Overland Park store from Olathe, asking, ‘When are you going to open in Olathe?’” she said. The sisters had originally committed to opening three Johnson County sites, and Olathe fits the market perfectly.
