A 15-year-old boy was shot and killed in Cheyenne, Wyoming, according to the Laramie County Sheriff’s Office. The incident occurred on July 11 near the 400 block of West Wallick, outside Afflerbach Elementary School.

The preliminary investigation reveals that the shooting was not accidental, and the suspect, a 13-year-old juvenile, was taken into custody. The firearm used in the incident was confirmed to have been stolen out of Laramie County.
