The Central Florida Christian Academy Eagles are ready to take on the 2026-27 football season after last year’s success with a 9-1 record and ranking No. 311 in the state.
Team Outlook
Last season, the Eagles were undefeated until the final game against Aucilla Christian Academy, where the final score was 49-13. Gavin Pritzkau, a freshman quarterback, believes this loss inspired the team further. “The team is hungry for sure,” he said. “Ever since that loss, we have been working even harder. The expectations are there to go to the state championship and push ourselves even more.”
As a head coach, Kevin Blackman takes pride in his team and the camaraderie within the players. As far as this upcoming season goes, he said, “The guys are ready. They’ve grown into a brotherhood.”
