The Casper City Council will consider a possible moratorium on the establishment of new simulcasting and gaming facilities for the next six months at its Tuesday meeting, scheduled for 6 p.m. at Casper City Hall.

Other Business
In other business, the city will vote to take steps forward on a handful of projects. Councilors will consider a contract for the construction contractor on the North Platte River pedestrian bridge project, a grant application to help fund a pathway to run along 13th Street and a proposed contract for a construction manager at risk for the project to build a new Metro Animal Shelter facility.
The City Council will also consider agreements for transit services and land rights with the neighboring governments of Mills, Evansville and Bar Nunn.
Also on the agenda, councilors will vote on a third and final reading to broaden access for mobile vendors operating within the city’s downtown and Old Yellowstone districts.
