EL PASO, Texas — A crash between a car and a flatbed semi was reported early Tuesday in the Upper Valley. Special Traffic Investigators are on scene to examine the wreck.
The collision happened at Artcraft at Westside Dr. going West. Officers and investigators responded to the location to assess the scene.
Police say the call came in at 6:36 A.M. First responders arrived soon after to secure the area and begin an investigation.
Investigators from the department’s Special Traffic unit are leading the response. They are collecting evidence and documenting the scene.
