Fever head coach Stephanie White criticized the WNBA and the referees, stating that Clark is not treated the same as other players and that the lack of calls is ‘absolutely egregious’ and ‘utterly disrespectful’.
Former NFL QB Robert Griffin III and former WNBA player Stacey Dales also spoke out in support of Clark, calling for the league to take notice and adjust its treatment of her.
