The Buffalo City Council passed on second reading Ordinance No. 1427, amending city code concerning Transient Merchants and Religious or Charitable Permits section of city code to operate within the city limits.
Permit Fee Schedules
The Council chose earlier this year to look at the permit fee schedules for itinerant vendors. Councilwoman Camino had put in category four, service providers using public property, including yoga instructors, fitness dance classes, photography sessions, and tour companies. The license period fee is $25 daily, $75 for one month, and $150 for six months. The Annual Commercial Recreational Commit is $250.
