Bethesda Health Clinic and CHRISTUS Health Launch Donation Campaign for New Facility

Bethesda Health Clinic, located in Tyler, Texas, has announced a significant fundraising initiative in collaboration with CHRISTUS Health. This campaign is part of their ongoing Greater Works Campaign, aimed at funding their move to a new facility. CHRISTUS Health has pledged a $100,000 matching gift, doubling every dollar donated up to that amount.

Community Impact

Dr. John English, CEO of Bethesda Health Clinic, emphasized the broader significance of the campaign, stating, “This campaign represents hope for families who need healthcare, expanded access for children, and the future growth of Bethesda’s mission in our community.” The new facility, a 62,000 square-foot building on Tyler’s West Loop, will consolidate pediatric and adult clinics under one roof, enhancing healthcare access for local families.

The matching gift from CHRISTUS Health offers donors a unique opportunity to maximize their contributions, helping Bethesda reach its fundraising goal before the June 15 deadline. As of June 4, the campaign has already achieved 90% of its $24.3 million target.

Call to Action

Dr. English expressed gratitude for the support received, highlighting the importance of each contribution, regardless of size. “Every gift—large or small—helps bring us one step closer to opening doors for patients and families who need care,” he said. Supporters can contribute to the Greater Works Campaign before June 15 to benefit from the dollar-for-dollar match. More information on how to donate is available through Bethesda Health Clinic’s official channels.
