The city of Bee Cave has approved pre-designs for a multifamily development at The Village at Spanish Oaks, a nearly 81-acre planned development district located on the south side of Hwy. 71.
Development Details
The development will include a five-story multifamily residential building, a dog park, fitness center, plunge pool, swim-up bar, and other outdoor amenities. A parking structure will also be built, which may be partially visible from Hwy. 71 if the adjacent parcel remains undeveloped.
City staff has expressed concerns about the exposed parking garage levels, but the developer, Jack Creveling, is confident that the adjacent parcel will be developed with an attractive project.
