The Bear Creek Nature Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is celebrating its 50th anniversary with a special ‘Bear-thday’ celebration on August 22. The public is welcome to the no-cost event, which will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The nature center has designed a special 50th anniversary brand to pair with some of its vintage counterparts dating back decades. All events are no-cost to participate in, though the Living Nature Hike does require pre-registration.
