CASPER, Wyo. — Customers lined up outside the newest addition to the Blackmore Marketplace on Tuesday morning as Barnes & Noble held its soft opening.
The bookstore opened its doors at 10 a.m., kicking off a soft opening period that will continue through July ahead of its grand opening on Aug. 8.
Mother and daughter Valerie and Willow Bruder were first in line after hearing about the opening from a friend.
Within moments of opening, customers were already checking out at the registers. Signs at checkout reminded shoppers that purchases are subject to the Blackmore Marketplace fee.
The store will continue its soft opening through July. Regular hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday.
