Casper’s new Barnes & Noble store has been open for a few weeks and is enjoying a tremendous reception from the community. The store is the second location in Wyoming and is part of the company’s strategy to hand control of each bookstore to local booksellers.
Grand Opening Celebration
This Friday, the store will have its grand opening celebration and ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10 am. Special guests will be on hand, including best-selling Wyoming author Craig Johnson, who will cut the ribbon and sign copies of his latest Longmire book, ‘The Brothers McKay.’ The Cat in the Hat will also be onsite for photos.
The grand opening weekend will feature deals and savings for customers. The store’s success is a testament to the power of local booksellers and the importance of community involvement.
