Bank of America has hired nine senior investment bankers across the United States to expand its regional investment banking footprint, targeting middle-market companies.
The new additions are based in Austin, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Detroit, Minneapolis, New York, San Francisco, and West Palm Beach, and will join a team of over 200 bankers dedicated to serving middle-market clients.
Expansion Efforts
According to Mike Joo, co-head of BofA’s Global Investment Banking, middle-market companies play a vital role in driving business and economic growth across the US, and the bank sees significant opportunity to help these businesses grow, invest, and achieve their objectives.
The new hires include Bob Berry, Matt Dalton, Rick Florjancic, Ian Mackay, Joe Park, Mitch Theiss, Daniel Webb, Joe Winters, and Bo Brown, who will join the team in various capacities, including managing directors and vice chair.
